The lobby was beautiful and spotless. There were nicely refurbished, nicely refurbished rooms with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom, as for instance. Stunning location, relatively close to Westchester Arts Council.
Facilities were comfortable, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

Decent location, PERFECT breakfast, excellent service. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. Even though some of the staff were average, I had a really enjoyable stay.

Central location, at walking distance from mercy college. It is set in a peaceful area. Room was bright and well airconditioned and the bathroom was marble. Beautiful garden and excellent pool...

We liked the very central location and our unique room. Outstanding view of city. It was located in a busy area. Lots of food in the hotel, casual restaurant.

The location of the hotel was ideal, the stuff where eager to help, we liked an extra special experience. Delicious breakfast served in the restaurant. Spacious suite and large bed. Unique interior, fabulous restaurant. Walking distance to the beautiful beach

It was worth its 4 stars. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Really loved the food at their on-site restaurant Mix Bar & Lounge.

Hotel is deluxe in general. Some rooms have climate control, pay TV and a writing table. Greatly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Mix Bar & Lounge, it was good.

We appreciated the room, it was good sized. 4-star hotel in White Plains. Au Bon Pain is a short walk to the property. We would happily return, no complaints.
